Return Policy for Digital Products
Please note: We exclusively sell digital products for download. As such, different return and cancellation rules apply compared to physical goods.
No Right of Withdrawal Once Download Has Begun
According to EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU and § 356 (5) BGB in Germany), your right of withdrawal expires once:

The download of the digital product has started,

You have explicitly consented to the immediate execution of the contract (i.e. the download), and

You have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase and starting the download, you waive your right of withdrawal.
Technical Issues
If you encounter any problems with your download or cannot access your digital product, please contact us.
We are happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Before Download)
If the download has not yet started, and you are within the 14-day cancellation period, you may still request a cancellation and refund. Please contact us immediately at helge@helgepreuss.de if this applies to you.
Summary
Because our products are non-physical digital downloads, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the download has begun.
By purchasing and downloading our products, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
